I am very happy with my dress and the efficiency of your service in connection with its purchase. I have since tried to order a jacket from your site and was told that you do not ship to my adddress despite having received a dress two weeks earlier. My son on my behalf tried to order the jacket for me and he got the same message. He subsequently email your company and was advised that the problem was sorted but we have both tried again since and we are still getting the same message. He has emailed again but it’s very frustrating at this stage, having brought the problem to your attention you have failed to correct it.
